I was sceptical at first, as I am used to gels as part of my nutrition plan for longer runs. However, an advert popped up for energy bytes and it caught my eye, it looked like a great innovative product . I decided to try the variety pack to give all flavours a try . Honestly, the product has not disappointed, it’s a great alternative to a conventional gel and is fast acting easy to consume and tastes incredible. I really rate these, I am an endurance runner and triathlete and used to use pick'n'mix as a treat on long runs and rides but the sugar crash wasn't great. Really love these - a great alternative plus caffeinated! Recently did Long Course `weekend in Tenby and they were brilliant on the bike and run!
