I've recently found Energy Bytes, which are really helping me, with having chronic fatigue and chronic illness. It gives me that little boost when it's much needed without any crash or jitters. I'm working my way through the flavours, cherry was the favourite so far, I don't tend to like the taste of caffeine much but these Berry Blast ones are by far my favourite, they taste great! I'll be sticking with these for sure.

These caffeine dummies are delicious and get to work within minutes. No speedy feeling or crash when they wear off. Great for tennis and golf.

These are great for caffeine without drinking energy drinks or coffee, which results in going to the toilet a lot! Strawberry Burst flavour tastes good and got a better texture, but it tastes more bitter than previous version

I love the cherry flavour! It’s tart and refreshing, not overpowering, and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. I usually grab a couple of these before my workout or during long workdays when I’m dragging. They give me a great energy lift, and it’s way easier than stopping for an energy drink or coffee. Cherry is definitely my favourite flavour so far!

The cherry flavour is amazing! It tastes like real cherries, not too sweet or artificial. I’ve started taking these gummies in the afternoons, and they’re perfect for that extra energy I need to power through my day. Highly recommend!
